The training session, held by the Human Resources Development Department of the All-China Women's Federation (ACWF) and ACWF Social Liaison, Exchanges and Cooperation Center (Women's Foreign Language Publications of China), was the first training session focusing women's social organizations held by the ACWF. The session explained the Party's innovative theories and policies related to women, children and families, and introduced concrete practices and case analyses of women's social organizations' work to help staff of women's social organizations and women's federations acquire relevant knowledge and improve their abilities.
Participants from Chongqing Municipality, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, and Sichuan, Yunnan and Shaanxi provinces shared their feelings and experiences via video link. The trainees said that they will apply what they learned from the session to the work of women's social organizations and improve their abilities to serve women, children and families, and play a positive role in providing services at the grassroots level in a better way.
